one way to cut down

on the number of alerts for using naughty language would be offering three more smilies: a "so what?" one,
one showing contempt, and a big (rather than a tiny) yawning one.

Today I wished these had been available, to prevent me from getting suspended.

Just follow the rules and you don't have to worry about it.
