This makes sense. Simply move their stuff out, change the locks and make them take YOU to court.

However, would it be different if say, her mom lived there and this chick was living in the extra bedroom (the mom allowed her at one point) and then she refused to leave after some time?

So, one day, the mom threw her stuff out and changed the locks. Would the law be favorable to the "squatter" and let her back in?

This makes no sense to me at all.

If you got squatters in your property, you get a bunch of your burly buddies together and pay them a visit....maybe bring a few dogs...preferable a Pit Bull or two,

Maybe bring them some home-made cookies to throw off their spidey sense when you first walk in....smile.

Then you make them an offer they can't refuse...know what I mean?

Bow up and show your knuckles alot.....smile.....stare them down

Enough with this shit.

Just do it.
