That is going to be a Gordian knot. What about photo shop? Artist uses AI to “fine tune” his art. There is a famous artist that used to paint fantastic Sea scapes but now farms his work out to artists that can duplicate his “style”. Then there is some one like Andy Warhol and his Cambel soup , did he plagerize a companies commercial art ?
