It looks like Dennis Chauvin is going to have to serve his two decades in prison. It takes 4 of the 9 Justices to agree to accept an appeal. Chauvin couldn't get four of the Supremes.

"Supreme Court declines to review Derek Chauvin’s conviction in George Floyd’s murder"

The Supreme Court on Monday declined to review former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin’s conviction for the murder of George Floyd, whose killing reignited the Black Lives Matter movement and sparked worldwide protests in summer 2020.

Chauvin had asked the justices to hear his case after Minnesota’s top court declined to do so.

Pffft.

They're never gonna let that dude out regardless of whatever comes to light now.

Every large metropolitan area in the country would go up in flames and it would make the Floyd riots of 2020 look like a backyard marshmallow roast.

See what I mean. You cheer his prison sentence even after you have seen that evidence says there was no crime.

Like I said. You don't care about the rights of the accused. Just the optics for democrats.

You prove it EVERYTIME then hide behind court procedure.

As I have said too many times to count, I WASN'T THERE and I have no knowledge of guilt or innocence.
I'll go with what the trial jury, the Minnesota appellate court, the Minnesota Supreme Court and now the U.S. Supreme Court have ruled.
If any of those Triers of Fact had ruled in Dennis Chauvin's favor, I would accept that ruling as well.
And I STILL acknowledge the possibility of new evidence being introduced at some later date that reverses the contemporary rulings.
There are individuals who have served half a century in prison only to be exonerated.

The Minnesota Court of Appeals affirmed the conviction. The 3 judge panel said that Chauvin's use of force on Floyd was excessive and unlawful, and that the criminal trial was conducted fairly.

The Minnesota Supreme Court denied Chauvin's petition for further review—which meant that the Court of Appeals' ruling was final.

And now the U.S. Supreme Court has denied Chauvin's Petition for a Writ of Certiorari.

The medical examiner said there was no strangulation.

Ellison said no racial component.

That is because you are fucking coward afraid to say something is right or wrong. You hide behind process.

It was a Dodge. If he was out of line so we're the others who got off light.

Of course. Leftwing state and political conviction. They weren't going to allow Ellison to have shit on his face.
And now the U.S. Supreme Court has denied Chauvin's Petition for a Writ of Certiorari.
Like I say. There are Americans and there are democrats.

Not at all. I can read a news article too. What you mean is you don't like it when the light of day shines on your cowardice. Wrong is wrong even if the courts decide not to actually provide justice..

A person who is pardoned isn't automatically innocent. Just how dumb are you?
